- If the property falls within area, has no structural defects, neighbour disputes, or previous flooding, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient appointment
- Personal visit and property assessment
- An offer will normally be made within 2 working days
- You can choose to accept or reject the offer, without cost
- If the offer is accepted, we both formally agree, with both parties committing and solicitors being instructed.
- Regular updates are provided and we aim to complete the purchase within a matter of weeks, with funds sent to your chosen account
- If you simply want to sell and walk away, we can also offer a house clearance service
